Construction Security Lead, HaminaWe are seeking for a full time Construction Security Lead (CSL) at Avarn Security Oy for a datacenter construction site assignment in Hamina. The working hours will be primarily officehours from Monday to Friday. Primarily the CSL will be responsible for . Managing and leading the security team, . managing safe day-to-day security operations in a construction site and . building and maintaining excellent relationships with the client and all significant stakeholders. From all job candidates we expect: . A background of leadership abilities; . solid communication skills, in spoken and written Finnish and English; . good team working abilities and . adaptcapability in a constantly changing environment. Being prosperous in this position will require the capability to withstand pressure, basic knowledge of physical security principles and good interactional and problem solving skills. We also value previous practice in the field of datacenter security and knowledge of a high-profile security environment. We also value candidates’ capability to work flexible hours.
