Production Engineer TraineePRODUCTION ENGINEER TRAINEE We are seeking for a Production Engineer Trainee for our specialty paper production at Tervakoski. Trainee period is about 18 months long, including 3-6 months job rotation to another delfort mill in Europe. This Delfort group's trainee program starts in the beginning of September 2024 at the latest. Your main tasks: . everyday production tasks on the production line (paper machine); performance monitoring, securing production quality, problem solving, leading people, etc. . Participation in CAPEX projects . Various production development tasks Your profile: . Master or Bachelor of Science . expertise of paper industry or other process industry . Analytical problem-solving approach . Proactive attitude and flexible approach, eagerness to lgain and to develop . Target oriented mindset . Fast learner, willing to develop further to a bigger function in line management . Capcapability and availability to lead people .
